When people find out I can do photo retouching they usually drag out some ratty photo that’s really been through the ringer. I carefully erase the signs of damage and try to reconstruct it as faithfully as possible. In the sepia looking photo with the family I was even asked to add a person who was not in the original picture. Most people who see this photo can’t tell who the added person is.
